To supply audio visual live event production, live event filming and video production services for the LeShuttle Rebrand at Leas Cliff Hall in Folkestone.
As it approaches its 30-year anniversary, the iconic Eurotunnel Le Shuttle brand has undergone a complete refresh with a look and feel to reflect its progressive, forward thinking ambitions and to define its brand personality and values.
Creative Motion was tasked with supplying, managing and running a full production, set design, AV crew and film crew for the 2hr event, as well as coordinating venue logistics.
We provided a team of 5 general technicians for the setup pre-event and then a technical crew comprising of a producer, sound engineer, vision engineer, lighting engineer and cameramen that recorded the event so a full event and highlights video could be produced post-event.
The technical setup included two manned Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro 4.6K camera’s, a professional lighting system, vision system and audio sound system using a K-Array KK102 Loudspeaker Array, Soundcraft Si Expression 2 Mixing Desk, with handheld and headset microphones. We also supplied full stage design and set design, including 2 x 75” Panasonic LED screens and 42" Panasonic LED comfort screens for the presenters.
The event was a huge success with post event videos shared online to an audience of 3,000 employees.
