To provide audio visual live event production, live streaming, live event filming and video production services for the Eurotunnel - Get Safer Seminar at Ashford International Hotel in Ashford, Kent.
Eurotunnel's annual safety improvement seminar is dedicated to improving safety across the business.
The event needed to be hybrid and interactive with audience participation up to 300 staff members attending in person for the whole day and sessions being live streamed to staff (around 2000 people) across the business in the UK and France via Microsoft Teams.
Creative Motion was tasked with supplying, managing and running a full live event production, this included a complete audio visual setup, live streaming via Teams, set and stage design, audio visual crew and film crew, as well as coordinating venue logistics.
We provided a team of 5 general technicians for the pre-event setup and testing the day before the event and then a technical crew comprising of a producer, vision engineer, live streaming engineer, sound engineer, lighting engineer and cameramen for the live stream that could also record the event so a full event video could be produced post-event.
The technical setup included two manned broadcast cameras, a professional vision system, lighting system and audio system including handheld and headset microphones. We also supplied full stage and set with a rear projection screen and projector, 2 x 75” repeater screens and stage monitors for the presenters.
The live event was an absolute success with the post event videos shared online to an audience of 3,000 employees.
